Job summary

Sierra seeks an accomplished enterprise sales leader to drive growth for our customer-facing AI platform. You will own large accounts, manage complex deals, and influence GTM motions in a fast-growing, in-person company with global offices.

Applicants should have 10+ years in enterprise sales, experience managing a $1M+ quota, exceptional communication, and a data-driven mindset. You will collaborate with product, marketing, legal, and finance to close strategic opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise customer-facing sales.
• Experience managing a $1M+ quota and closing complex deals.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Proven track record of prospecting & lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting & lead generation: identify and target potential customers and build relationships.
• Manage relationships: maintain senior stakeholder engagement with enterprise accounts.
• Negotiating & closing complex deal cycles: lead negotiations and finalize contracts.
• Sales strategy & planning: craft strategies and align with marketing for campaigns.
• Help define our sales motion: shape early GTM approaches with the team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: work with product, marketing, and operations.
