Job summary

Sierra is seeking an experienced enterprise sales leader to drive revenue with large enterprise customers. You will build relationships, run complex deal cycles, and shape our sales strategy. This is a high-visibility role in a fast-growing AI-centric company.

You will collaborate across GTM, product, and operations to deliver industry-leading customer outcomes and help scale our enterprise footprint globally.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in an enterprise customer-facing sales role with large accounts.
• Experience managing a $1M+ quota and end-to-end complex deals.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Proven track record of identifying and targeting enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting & lead generation to identify potential enterprise customers.
• Manage relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Lead negotiations and close complex deals, involving legal and finance.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets.
• Collaborate with GTM, product, and ops teams to support sales motions.
• Help define our sales motion and contribute to go-to-market success.
