Job summary

Reolink, a leader in intelligent visual technology, seeks a Senior AI Algorithms Specialist (PhD) to advance ML/vision solutions for security products.

The ideal candidate holds a PhD and 2–5 years of experience; strong Python and C/C++, with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CNN/RNN/LSTM/Transformers. You will develop algorithms, train models, preprocess data, and contribute to innovations across platforms.

We offer five workdays, medical benefits, and yearly/performance bonuses to eligible staff.

Qualifications

• PhD in a relevant field and strong publication/ research background.
• Extensive experience with ML/DL algorithms and recent SOTA implementations.
• Proficiency in Python and C/C++ for research and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Algorithm development: develop and optimize ML/DL algorithms to solve complex business problems.
• Model training and evaluation: train neural networks and other models, assess performance and accuracy.
• Data analysis and preprocessing: collect, clean, preprocess and engineer features, guide labeling.
• Collaboration and deployment: integrate models into systems and drive deployment to production.
• Research and innovations: explore new AI tech, drive innovations for market needs.
• Documentation and reporting: document experiments and communicate results to stakeholders.
