Job summary

Reolink, a leader in intelligent visual technology for homes and businesses, seeks an AI Algorithms Engineer (PhD Holder Only) to advance surveillance AI. You will design and optimize machine learning models, train and evaluate them on real data, and collaborate across teams to deploy solutions.

Strong Python/C++ skills and deep learning framework experience are essential for this role. The position offers 5 work days per week, medical benefits, and eligibility for yearly and performance

Qualifications

• PhD in Computer Science or related field.
• Familiar with ML/DL algorithms and SOTA implementations.
• Strong programming in Python/C/C++, solid statistical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Algorithm Development: develop and optimize ML/DL algorithms for complex problems.
• Model Training and Evaluation: build, train, and optimize AI models for accuracy.
• Data Analysis and Preprocessing: collect, clean, preprocess, and label data.
• Collaboration and Deployment: integrate models into business systems and drive product upgrades.
• Research and Innovations: stay updated on AI trends and explore new tech.
• Documentation and Reporting: document experiments and share results.
