Job summary

Reolink Technology Pte. Ltd. seeks a Machine Learning Engineer / Specialist (PhD holder) to develop and optimize ML/DL algorithms for surveillance products in Singapore. You will train models, perform data preprocessing, and guide deployment into business systems.

The role emphasizes staying current with AI advances, evaluating neural networks, and collaborating with teams to improve product intelligence across video analytics and related tasks.

Qualifications

• PhD in computer science or related field.
• 2–5 years of work experience preferred.
• Proficient in Python and C/C++, with strong math/statistics.
• Familiar with ML/DL frameworks and SOTA implementations.
• Experience with CNN/RNN/Transformer-based models and ViT.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize ML/DL algorithms for business problems.
• Train and evaluate AI models, including neural networks.
• Perform data collection, cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering.
• Collaborate to deploy models into production systems.
• Stay updated with AI trends and deploy innovations for surveillance audio/video applications (target detection, feature extraction, tracking, recognition).
• Document experiments and results for stakeholders.
