Job summary

reolink technology pte. ltd. is seeking an AI Algorithms Specialist (PhD Holder) to lead the development and optimization of advanced ML/DL models.

The role requires deep expertise in neural networks, Python and C/C++, and hands-on work with Caffe, PyTorch, TensorFlow and MXNet. You will work on state-of-the-art algorithms for surveillance applications. Qualifications

• PhD in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Pattern Recognition, AI, Automatic Control, Operations Research, Biology, Physics/Quantum Computing, Neuroscience, Statistics or related field.
• 2–5 years of workplace experience preferable.
• Familiar with common ML/DL algorithms and current SOTA implementations.
• Strong programming in Python, C/C++, with solid mathematical/statistical foundations.
• Hands-on with AI/ML frameworks such as Caffe, PyTorch, TensorFlow, MXNet.

Responsibilities

• Algorithm Development: develop and optimize ML/DL algorithms to solve complex business problems.
• Model Training and Evaluation: construct and train AI models, evaluate and optimize performance.
• Data Analysis and Preprocessing: collect, clean, preprocess data and guide data labeling.
• Collaboration and Deployment: integrate models into business systems and drive product upgrades.
• Research and Innovations: stay updated with AI/ML advances and deploy new technologies to create market value, including surveillance audio/video algorithms for detection, tracking, and recognition.
• Documentation and Reporting: maintain documentation of algorithms and experiments, communicate results to stakeholders.
