Job summary

Reolink Technology Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an AI Algorithms Engineer (PhD Holder Only) to develop and optimize machine learning models for surveillance applications.

You will lead the end-to-end process from data preparation to deployment, focusing on CNN/RNN/LSTM/Transformer based approaches. The role requires a PhD in a relevant field, strong Python and C/C++ skills, and hands-on experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Caffe or MXNet.

Qualifications

• PhD in CS, Applied Math, EE, AI, or related field.
• Familiar with ML/DL algorithms and latest SOTA.
• Strong Python and C/C++ programming, solid math skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize ML/DL algorithms for surveillance and related tasks.
• Train and evaluate AI models, iterate for performance gains.
• Data collection, cleaning, preprocessing, feature engineering.
• Collaborate to integrate models into production systems.
• Stay updated on AI/ML advances and deploy new tech.
• Work on audio/video algorithms for detection, tracking, recognition.
