Job summary

REOLINK TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. seeks an AI Algorithms Engineer (PhD required) to develop and optimize machine learning and deep learning algorithms for surveillance and monitoring applications. You will train models, perform data prep, and collaborate to deploy AI features across platforms.

The role demands strong programming in Python and C/C++, experience with PyTorch/TensorFlow/Caffe, and hands-on neural network work (CNN/RNN/LSTM/Transformer/ViT). Hybrid collaboration with teams is expected.

Qualifications

• PhD holder in a related field.
• Proficient in Python and C/C++.
• Strong knowledge of ML/DL algorithms and SOTA trends.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch/TF/Caffe/MxNet).
• Experience with neural networks such as CNN/RNN/LSTM/Transformer/ViT.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize machine learning and deep learning algorithms for complex problems.
• Train and evaluate AI models, improving performance and accuracy.
• Perform data collection, cleaning, preprocessing and feature engineering.
• Collaborate with team to deploy models into business systems and products.
