Job summary

OCBC Bank seeks an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master to drive agile delivery for complex Order Management & Execution initiatives within our wealth platform. You will empower cross-functional squads, remove impediments, and ensure alignment with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a degree in Computer Science or related field and at least 12 years of PM experience, with strong facilitation, coaching, and Scrum expertise to lead teams through an agile

Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• At least 12 years of experience as a Project Manager in a related role.
• Strong working knowledge of Agile principles and Scrum practices.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Execution and Delivery of complex Order Management & Execution projects in wealth platform
• Collaborate across several IT and business team to ensure your project objectives are met.
• Facilitate Squad cadences for Agile squads.
• Coach teams on Agile principles and Scrum practices
• Remove impediments and help teams resolve conflicts
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication
• Analyze and improve team processes and practices
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Weekly / Monthly performing reporting for squads and teams.
