You’ll support a fast-paced promotions team, collaborate with suppliers, manage timelines, and help secure licenses for draws and activities. This role offers hands-on learning in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute monthly promotions and festive campaigns.
• Support campaign ideas, redemptions, events, and activities.
• Track timelines and ensure on-time delivery.
• Organise and run promotional events and activations.
• Coordinate with suppliers for event setup and tear-down.
• Be on-site to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with advertising/digital teams for collaterals and social posts.
• Apply for licenses for promotions (lucky draw/ORBA/SCDF).
• Review posters, collateral, and social media postings.
• Manage temporary staff for campaigns and redemptions.
