Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming telephone calls in a friendly and professional manner and direct enquiries to the appropriate colleague.
  • Welcome customers, visitors, employees, and business partners to the office.
  • Support the management, HR and other departments with general administrative and coordination tasks.
  • Help maintain a welcoming, organized, and positive office environment.
  • Monitor office supply levels and place orders when required.
  • Ensure that office pantries are clean, organized, and adequately stocked.
  • Coordinate and renew office-related service contracts, including water dispensers, utilities, fire extinguishers, and other building or facility services. Maintain proper records of those contracts.
  • Liaise with building management, service providers, and external contractors when necessary.
  • Organize the monthly office birthday lunch and other internal office activities when required.
  • Perform other administrative duties that contribute to the smooth operation of the office.
