Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years in finance with a strong AP focus.
• Knowledge of SFRS, IFRS and Singapore GST.
• Experience with NetSuite ERP is advantageous.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis.

Aufgaben

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable including 3-way matching.
• Prepare and review payment runs in line with policy.
• Maintain vendor master data and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform AP reconciliations and ageing reviews.
• Support month-end closing and related journal entries.
• Assist staff claims and expense reimbursements.
• Support broader accounting tasks and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Assist with statutory GST/tax requirements.
• Identify process improvements and strengthen internal controls.
• Guide junior staff and handle ad-hoc tasks.
