Qualifications

• Familiar with accounting principles, journal entries, reconciliations and reports.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review invoices for accuracy, completeness, and approvals.
• Enter invoices into the accounting system with proper expense allocation and process payments.
• Reconcile payment discrepancies and maintain vendor accounts.
• Communicate with vendors on payment status and issues.
• Prepare accounts payable reports and assist in financial reporting activities.
