• Minimum degree in Accounting, Finance, ACCA or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of financial or accounting experience and demonstrated leadership qualities.
• Good planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all staff levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist AP Manager in leading the AP team and coach members.
• Assist AP Manager to plan and review AP tasks for timely month-end/year-end closing.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders for accurate financial recording and issue resolution.
• Support system implementation projects relating to AP process improvement.
• Perform day-to-day AP operations and reporting needs.
• Classify expenses to correct accounting codes and input clear descriptions.
