Based in Singapore, the role involves cash flow projections, month-end close, vendor management, and collaboration with GL to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• 5–7 years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Navision or similar accounting system.

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of accounts payable.
• Supervise and guide the accounts payable team to ensure policy compliance.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of purchasing documents and approvals.
• Ensure timely submission of withholding tax (WHT).
• Compile agent commissions and royalties records.
• Close monthly and year-end AP sub-ledger on time.
• Collaborate with GL and address bank reconciliation items.
• Approve creation of new vendors in Navision and guide PO users.
