Job summary

SELERA KAMPUNG PLACE PTE. LTD. is seeking a finance professional to manage AP/AR, supplier payments, and month-end closing. You will prepare statements, management reports, forecasts, and GST submissions with strong internal controls.

Requirements: Diploma/degree in Accounting or Finance, at least 5 years’ experience, and excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience managing full spectrum of Accounts and Administration responsibilities.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum of Account Payable and Account Receivable functions.
• Arrange payment of suppliers and Accounts Receivable payment collection.
• Handle full sets of accounts including data entry into accounting system and filling.
• Prepare Monthly financial statements, management reports, financial forecasts, quarterly GST submissions, ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal control procedures.
• Create periodic reports including balance sheets and profit & loss statements for internal and external use.
• Work closely with senior account executive in day-to-day activities of the finance department.
