Job summary

Responsibilities

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable end-to-end.
• Assist with daily financial transactions and record-keeping.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Follow up with customers on outstanding payments.
• Process supplier invoices and payments.
• Prepare monthly closing and financial reports.
• Assist with GST records and submissions.
• Support payroll, CPF and employee claims as required.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, suppliers and customers as needed.
• Assist with year-end audit and tax documentation.
