Job summary

SANLI E&C PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a finance professional to manage AP and AR functions, process invoices, and ensure timely payments.

You will also generate Purchase Orders, assist with monthly closings, account reconciliations, and reporting, while maintaining accurate records and compliance with company policies.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Finance or Accounting, has at least two years of related experience, and is proficient in AP and AR processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance / Accounting or related major.
• At least 2 year of experience in finance, or a related field.
• Knowledge of AP and AR.

Responsibilities

• Handle AP and AR functions, including invoice processing, payments and reconciliation.
• Generate Purchase Orders and ensure documentation and approvals.
• Verify and process supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
• Assist in monthly financial closing, reconciliations and reporting.
• Attend weekly and monthly meetings for alignment and SOP rectification.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure policy compliance.
• Perform ad hoc finance and administrative duties as assigned.
