Job summary

RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Accounts Executive to support day-to-day accounting activities, monthly closing, and audit processes while guiding Accounts Executives.

You will review AP batches, journals, payment batches, and audit schedules, and assist with the monthly close and audits, handling ad-hoc accounting projects with a positive, collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Proficient in Google Mail, Sheets and Documents.
• Hands-on experience with Accpac.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work independently.
• Good team player with a positive attitude.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good time management skills.

Responsibilities
