Job summary

Tap Growth ai in Singapore is seeking a Senior Account Executive to guide accounting operations, support the monthly close, and help maintain accurate financial records in a dynamic team environment. You will review AP batches, journals, balance sheets, P&L, tax schedules, and assist audits while supporting ad-hoc accounting tasks.

With 5+ years of accounting experience and strong Excel/Google Workspace proficiency, you will contribute to timely, accurate financial reporting and collaborate

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Proficient in Google Mail, Sheets and Documents.
• Hands-on experience with Accpac.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work independently.
• Good team player with a positive attitude.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to Accounts Executives.
• Review AP batches and journals.
• Review collection and payment batches.
• Review audit schedules, including Balance Sheet, P&L and tax schedules.
• Support the monthly closing process, including review of Trial Balance, Balance Sheet and P&L.
• Support the audit process.
• Handle ad-hoc accounting projects.
