Job summary

Rapsys Technologies Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Senior Account Executive to manage and streamline accounting processes. You will guide Accounts Executives, review AP batches, collections, and assist with month-end close.

The role requires a degree in accounting and 5+ years of experience, proficiency in MS Office and Google tools, and hands-on with Accpac. You will work independently in a team and support audits and ad-hoc projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Proficient in Google Mail, Sheets and Documents.
• Hands-on experience with Accpac.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good team player with a positive attitude.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to Accounts Executives.
• Review Accounts Payable (AP) batches and journals.
• Review collection and payment batches.
• Review audit schedules, including Balance Sheet, P&L and tax schedules.
• Support the monthly closing process, including review of Trial Balance, Balance Sheet and P&L.
• Support the audit process.
• Handle ad-hoc accounting projects.
