Job Title: Senior Accountant, Regional Finance

Your New Role
  • Perform and review regional journals, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial schedules to ensure accuracy and consistency across all assigned countries.

  • Oversee and support tax filings, statutory submissions, and external/internal audit processes, coordinating closely with local finance teams and outsourced providers.

  • Prepare and consolidate monthly financial reports, regional reporting packs, and variance analyses for management and headquarters.

  • Ensure strong adherence to financial controls, accounting standards, and regional compliance policies, raising gaps proactively.

  • Monitor intercompany transactions, ensuring accurate billing, reconciliation, and timely settlement across entities.

  • Drive process improvements, standardization, and documentation across markets to enhance efficiency and close timelines.

  • Liaise with regional stakeholders to address finance queries, resolve discrepancies, and ensure smooth month-end and year-end closing.

  • Maintain proper document control, audit trails, and compliance records aligned with company policies and statutory timelines.

Key Qualifications for Success
  • Demonstrated strong accounting foundation, with solid knowledge of financial processes, reporting principles, and accounting systems.

  • Highly detail-oriented, structured, and disciplined in preparing financial reports, reconciliations, and documentation.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and recommend practical solutions across multiple country entities.

  • Effective time management, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines within a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.

  • Collaborative and adaptable, comfortable working with regional teams, external vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Proven hands-on commercial accounting experience in GL, AR, AP, and month-end close activities (required).

  • Ability to work independently with a high level of ownership, accountability, and consistency in deliverables.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems and financial tools, with the ability to work efficiently across multiple platforms.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to support regional reporting and liaise with country teams.

  • Open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents (PRs) only.
