Job summary

JDA WMS Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Accountant to support the Finance function, focusing on Japan operations and Group/REIT reporting. Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy or Finance; professional qualifications such as ACCA/CA/CPA are preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting and financial reporting experience, with experience in group consolidation.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Experience in listed company/REIT/real estate or fund management environment; familiarity with MAS/SGX reporting.
• Experience collaborating with external auditors, tax advisors, and outsourced service providers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems; Yardi experience is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly financial statements for Japan entities, including GAAP adjustments, and analyze P&L against budget for Japan and Singapore.
• Prepare quarterly rolling forecasts for Japan and support tax computations, audits, and MAS regulatory filings for Japan and Singapore.
• Perform monthly Group/REIT consolidation and DPU computation; manage external service providers and contribute to Yardi/finance system improvements for Japan operations.
