JDA WMS PTE. LTD. seeks a Senior Finance Manager to lead the full spectrum of financial operations for a Real Estate Investment Trust in Singapore. Reporting to the CFO, you will oversee financial reporting, tax management, budgeting, statutory compliance, and treasury activities.

You will collaborate with board committees, trustees, auditors, and asset management teams to strengthen controls, drive strategic financing, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or Finance required.
• CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification preferred.
• 5 to 10+ years of progressive finance, accounting, or audit experience, with REIT exposure preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements for the REIT.
• Ensure adherence to SGX listing rules, MAS regulations, and statutory reporting obligations.
• Drive long-term financial modeling, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting.
• Manage liquidity, loan covenants, and financing arrangements.
• Oversee corporate tax and GST filings; IPT governance and trustee compliance.
