Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced finance professional to manage regulatory reporting, financial accounting, and compliance activities while supporting business governance and reporting accuracy.

You will prepare monthly/periodic financial reports, GST returns, MAS regulatory submissions, and statutory accounts, liaising with Head Office and Japanese stakeholders. Strong Excel skills and high attention to detail are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5–7 years' experience in accounting/finance.
• Proficient in Excel and financial reporting.
• Experience with GST and regulatory reporting.

• Prepare and review monthly and periodic financial reports for Head Office.
• Coordinate with external consultants on transfer pricing documentation.
• Prepare and review quarterly GST returns.
• Prepare and review daily regulatory compliance reports.
• Prepare statutory accounts, corporate tax schedules, management accounts, and MAS regulatory reports.
• Support daily accounting operations, including journal entries and system administration.
• Monitor updates to SFRS, MAS regulations, and relevant legislation, and report key changes to management.
• Update accounting procedures and implement process improvements to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
• Support ad-hoc projects and assignments as required.

• Update accounting procedures and implement process improvements to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
• Support ad-hoc projects and assignments as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in accounting, finance, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles.
• Hands-on experience in statutory accounts, management accounts, corporate tax schedules, and regulatory reporting.
• Experience preparing GST returns and compliance-related reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in verbal and written Japanese for liaising with Japanese-speaking stakeholders and Head Office counterparts in Japan.
• Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
