Nishimatsu Construction Co Ltd in Singapore is seeking a detailed and experienced accounting professional to manage project accounts, AP/AR/GL, and cash flow support. You will prepare schedules and assist in month-end closings and audits, collaborating with tax agents on corporate income tax filings.

The role requires a degree in Accountancy or ACCA with at least 5 years in accounting or audit, preferably with exposure to construction or real estate.

Formación

• Degree in Accountancy or ACCA with >=5 years of relevant experience in accounting or audit.
• Experience in construction industry and/or real estate investment is advantageous.
• Proficient in Excel and advanced Excel; ERP experience helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Handles project account operation (AP, AR, GL, petty cash) daily.
• Prepare related accounting and audit schedules.
• Support cash management for assigned account.
• Assist month-end closing of books and various reports.
• Assist JV accounting if assigned.
• Assist in Corporate Income Tax and liaise with tax agents on filing requirements.
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments as assigned.

RESPONSIBILITIES (E.g. Job Scope) :

• Handles Project Account Operation (AP, AR, GL, Petty Cash) daily ;
• Prepare the related accounting and audit schedules;
• Support cash management for assigned account;
• Assist in month end closing of the books for respective accounts and various reports;
• Assist JV accounting if assigned;
• Assist in Corporate Income Tax and liaise with tax agents on tax filing requirements;
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments as assigned.

REQUIREMENT:

• Degree in Accountancy or ACCA with min 5 year’s relevant experience in Accounting or Audit
• Accounting experience in construction industry and /or real estate investment as advantage.

• Proficient in Excel and Advance Excel and some ERP experience.
• Good knowledge of accounting standards(IFRS and/or SFRS) and compliance. Japan GAAP is a plus.

• Independent, meticulous, hardworking, must possess positive working attitude and willing to learn, able to adapt well and willing to take on new challenge.
• Responsible, dedicated, positive minded and result-oriented
• Computer savvy, good command of Microsoft Office applications
• This position maybe stationed at project site located in the east. Candidate must be willing to travel to east side and stationed at project site.
