Good Job Creations Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced accounting and finance professional to lead monthly closings, prepare financial statements, and coordinate with external partners. The role supports group reporting, tax compliance, and audit processes within a Singapore subsidiary of a Japanese multinational.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on accounting experience, strong cash management skills, and proficiency in Japanese for liaising with headquarters.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in Accounting and Finance.
• Experience with monthly closing, financial statement prep, AP, AR, and cash management.
• Proficiency in Japanese to liaise with HQ and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly closing activities and prepare financial statements with external partners.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports, budgets, and management packages to headquarters.
• Support quarterly and annual closings, including P&L forecasting and headcount reporting.
• Manage accounts payable processes: invoices, payments, approvals, and banking.
• Oversee payroll coordination with external providers and CPF/IRAS-related tasks.
