Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Business or Commerce with accounting/finance focus.
• 5–8 years of accounting experience with full-set accounting.
• Solid understanding of Singapore accounting regulations and statutory obligations.
• Experience in preparing financial statements and coordinating audits and tax processes.
• Familiarity with consolidation and intercompany accounting is advantageous.
• Proficiency in NetSuite and advanced Excel for data analysis and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-set accounts and close monthly/quarterly/year-end processes.
• Prepare financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and related schedules.
• Conduct reconciliations for bank, intercompany, and balance sheet accounts.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and adjustments for accurate reporting.
• Maintain investment schedules with banks, custodians, brokers, and investment managers.
• Support audit schedules and liaise with external auditors to ensure a smooth audit.
• Assist in statutory financial statements and tax filings with tax agents.
• Perform bank reconciliations and cash reporting.
• Identify and implement improvements to accounting systems and processes.
