THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Accounts Executive to manage the full set of accounts and support audit schedules in Defu Lane, Singapore.

The role requires meticulous financial processing with GST knowledge and strong document management, ensuring timely month-end closes. You will handle AR, AP and GL, perform GST reports, and coordinate stock takes while maintaining orderly financial records.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent with at least 6 years of experience keeping full set of accounts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full set of accounts (AR, AP and GL) and audit schedules.
• Quarterly GST preparation.
• Housekeeping and filing of finance documents.
• Perform month-end closing for financial reporting within timeline.
• Perform reconciliation between reports.
• In charge of stock take and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by management.
