Job summary

SUNPROP Property & Asset Management Consultants PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable accounting professional to manage full-set accounts for 9 MCST portfolio entities, ensuring accurate month-end closings, financial reporting, and reconciliations.

You will handle AR/AP, GST compliance, and IRAS returns while advising clients on disclosures and policy compliance. The role requires independence, strong time management, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Proficient in accounting data entry and processing.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-set accounts for 9 MCST portfolio entities, ensuring accurate month-end closings, financial reporting, and bank reconciliations.
• Drive AR and AP functions, including billing, collections, demand letters, and vendor disbursements.
• Coordinate legal/compliance tasks and external audit communications as needed.
• Prepare quarterly GST reconciliation reports and IRAS returns across entities.
• Advise clients and internal partners on financial disclosures and policy compliance.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.
