Job summary

• Minimum 3 years of accounting or finance experience, including ownership of financial close and reporting processes.
• Proficient with NetSuite or other ERP systems, along with advanced Excel skills.
• Fluent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute month-end and year-end closing for assigned entities.
• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, deferrals, reconciliations, and balance sheet schedules.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, and key financial metrics, providing variance analysis and insights.
• Prepare management reports and statutory financial statements per IFRS and local requirements.
• Act as primary liaison with external auditors, tax advisors, and service providers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and automate improvements.
• Work with Operations, Marketing, HR, and Strategy teams to support growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute month-end and year-end closing processes for assigned entities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely reporting.
• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, deferrals, account reconciliations, and balance sheet schedules while ensuring adherence to company policies and accounting standards.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, and key financial metrics, providing variance analysis and meaningful insights to support business decision-making.
• Prepare and review management reports and statutory financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local regulatory requirements
• Act as the primary liaison with external auditors, tax advisors, and service providers, ensuring smooth completion of audits and statutory filings.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand operational performance, support budgeting and forecasting activities, and provide financial guidance.
• Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and enhance efficiency through automation, system optimization, and best practices.
• Work closely with Operations, Marketing, HR, and Strategy teams to support business initiatives, entity management, and organizational growth.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
• With CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent professional certification.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting or finance experience, including ownership of financial close and reporting processes.
• Well versed inaccounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Proficient with NetSuite or other ERP systems, along with advanced Excel skills
• Fluent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting and translate financial information into business insights.
