Job summary

HoYoverse is seeking a seasoned finance professional in Singapore to lead and optimize financial operations across entities. You will manage accounting closes, treasury, audits, and compliance in a fast-growing global organization.

The role requires a CPA or degree in Finance/Accounting, 5+ years of experience, and strong English communication. You will drive accounting standards, tax compliance, and process improvements to support business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance/Accounting; CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience; overseas entities or AI industry preferred.
• Strong financial expertise and tax knowledge; interpret accounting standards.
• English as a working language; detail-oriented with strong communication.
• Ability to adapt to fast-changing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Review full-cycle accounting for each entity; close monthly/annual books; prepare financial statements.
• Manage treasury operations across entities, including budget monitoring and cash flow forecasting.
• Serve as the point of contact for audits, reporting, registrations, and tax filings.
• Track latest accounting standards and tax regulations; provide financial solutions.
• Develop and optimize internal financial processes; drive automation of accounting.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the team lead.

Responsibilities:

1. Review full-cycle accounting for each entity; complete monthly/annual closes on schedule; prepare financial statements and analytical reports; audit financial processes and control business risk to ensure day-to-day accounting meets accounting standards and internal management requirements.

2. Manage treasury operations across entities, including budget monitoring, funding plans, and cash flow forecasting, to safeguard fund security and usage efficiency in line with business needs.

3. Serve as the point of contact for audits, statistical reporting, business registration, and tax filings, ensuring compliance with external regulatory requirements.

4. Track the latest accounting standards and tax/fiscal regulations, interpret them in the context of the company's business, and proactively provide financial solutions in response to fast-changing business needs to ensure compliant execution.

5. Develop and optimize internal financial processes and policies, propose improvements as the business evolves, and drive automation of financial accounting to continuously improve efficiency.

6. Complete other tasks assigned by the team lead.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Finance/Accounting or a related field; CPA certification preferred.

2. 5+ years of relevant experience; experience with overseas entities or the AI industry preferred.

3. Strong financial expertise and tax knowledge, with the ability to correctly interpret and implement the latest accounting standards and fiscal/tax regulations.

4. Curious about the business, with the flexibility to adapt to fast-changing business needs and provide timely financial/tax solutions.

5. Able to use English as a working language.

6. Strong service orientation and work ethic, responsible and driven, detail-oriented and rigorous, with strong coordination and communication skills.
