Job summary

HoYoverse in Singapore seeks an experienced accounting professional to oversee full-cycle accounting across entities, manage treasury functions, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

You will audit processes, implement tax strategies, and drive automation to improve efficiency while coordinating with global teams. This role requires robust financial knowledge and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience; overseas entities or AI industry preferred.
• Strong financial expertise and knowledge of current accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Curious about the business with adaptability to fast-changing needs.
• Able to use English as a working language.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review full-cycle accounting for each entity; complete monthly/annual closes on schedule; prepare financial statements and analytical reports; audit financial processes and control business risk to ensure day-to-day accounting meets accounting standards and internal management requirements.
• Manage treasury operations across entities, including budget monitoring, funding plans, and cash flow forecasting, to safeguard fund security and usage efficiency in line with business needs.
• Serve as the point of contact for audits, statistical reporting, business registration, and tax filings, ensuring compliance with external regulatory requirements.
• Track the latest accounting standards and tax/fiscal regulations, interpret them in the context of the company’s business, and proactively provide financial solutions in response to fast-changing business needs to ensure compliant execution.
• Develop and optimize internal financial processes and policies, propose improvements as the business evolves, and drive automation of financial accounting to continuously improve efficiency.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the team lead.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance/Accounting or a related field; CPA certification preferred.
2. 5+ years of relevant experience; experience with overseas entities or the AI industry preferred.
3. Strong financial expertise and tax knowledge, with the ability to correctly interpret and implement the latest accounting standards and fiscal/tax regulations.
4. Curious about the business, with the flexibility to adapt to fast-changing business needs and provide timely financial/tax solutions.
5. Able to use English as a working language.
6. Strong service orientation and work ethic, responsible and driven, detail-oriented and rigorous, with strong coordination and communication skills.
