Job summary

HoYoverse in Singapore is seeking a recent graduate to join our QA/testing team, focusing on overseas platform and channel services. You will participate in requirement and design reviews, identify risks, and help deliver robust test plans and cases.

You will drive AI agent‑assisted test delivery, extend agent capabilities with scripts, and collaborate with product, engineering and operations to keep releases on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, Go or JS) and ability to build scripts or small tools independently.
• Basic understanding of operating systems and networking; familiarity with databases and using logs/SQL to locate issues.
• Clear English reading/writing skills and fluent Chinese for liaising with teams and reviewing docs.
• User-centric mindset with interest in AI and LLM-driven testing.

Responsibilities

What you'll do

1. Own testing for overseas platform and channel services — participating in requirement and design reviews, identifying risks from requirements, configuration and past issues, delivering test plans and test cases, and assessing quality;
2. Drive test delivery in collaboration with AI agents, integrating agent capabilities into test execution and analysis, applying professional judgement to review results and add complementary validation, and continuously building and improving agent testing capabilities;
3. Agent-driven release management: agents analyse release scope, trigger regressions and poll execution results, while you own test-scope review and the final release call;
4. Extend agent capabilities through development: write scripts, skills and tools to grow what agents can test, maintain channel mock and shadow-traffic environments, and distill reusable business test pipelines;
5. Collaborate across teams, working with product, engineering and operations to unblock issues, improve workflows and keep delivery on track.

What we're looking for

1. Recent graduate with bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields;
2. Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, Go or JS) and the ability to build scripts or small tools independently;
3. Basic understanding of operating systems and networking, familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), and the ability to use logs and SQL to help locate issues;
4. Clear logical thinking, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in software testing and quality assurance;
5. A user-centric mindset: able to identify risks from the player's perspective and judge severity, impact and priority accordingly;
6. Enthusiasm for AI and LLM-driven testing, and a willingness to extend agent capabilities through scripts, skills and tools to rethink how testing is done;
7. Good English reading and writing skills plus fluent Chinese, to liaise with teams and review internal documentation.

Nice to have: passion for games; internship experience in mobile or console testing; hands‑on experience with automated testing or agentic testing; familiarity with OAuth, third‑party login or account systems; practice with agents or LLMs (prompts, skills or tooling).
