DSTNCT is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead and manage the Account Management team. You will engage with senior clients, oversee multiple campaigns, and ensure delivery excellence across digital strategy and execution.

You will drive growth by expanding budgets, maintaining strong client partnerships, and guiding teams to deliver high-quality work that meets client expectations and agency standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-6 years’ agency-side experience in a digital strategy and/or execution role.
• Experience leading a team to deliver best-in-class client campaigns.
• Experience managing senior client relationships.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.
• Pro-active attitude with a can-do approach.
• Strong attention to detail and strategic thinking.
• Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident presenter.
• Demonstrated ability to sell value and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Account Management team.
• Maintain strong client relationships and grow budgets year over year.
• Oversee campaigns from planning to delivery; ensure quality and on-time output.
• Balance client needs with agency interests and provide strategic advisement.
• Collaborate with Management and Creative teams weekly; respond to information requests.
• Implement and monitor processes followed by the Account team.
