You will shape campaign direction, drive performance, and turn insights into action by coordinating with clients and internal teams. This role blends strategy with hands-on account management. Formación

• At least 3 years of experience in a digital marketing or agency environment.
• Strong account ownership and client management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear communication and confidence in handling client discussions.
• Ability to make decisions, take responsibility, and work collaboratively across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage client accounts across digital marketing campaigns.
• Translate client objectives into clear campaign strategies and actionable briefs.
• Lead client communication, presentations, and strategy discussions.
• Work closely with performance, creative, and video teams to ensure strong campaign execution.
• Monitor campaign results and identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and campaign requirements across teams.
• Handle client expectations professionally and confidently.
• Support junior team members and help raise team standards.
