Job summary

KONTOURZ PTE. LTD. is seeking a mid-level Accountant in Singapore to manage a full set of monthly accounts including GL, AP, balance sheet and P&L, while monitoring cash flow and supervising junior staff. The role also covers quarterly and annual tax submissions including GST and intercompany reconciliations.

You will collaborate with other departments to provide financial guidance and liaise with external parties on regulatory matters, taking lead on ad-hoc projects as required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong initiative and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of monthly accounts including General Ledger, AP, Balance Sheet, P&L, Bank Reconciliation and audit schedules.
• Monitor cash flow.

• Perform quarterly and yearly tax submissions including GST and estimated tax computations.
• Manage intercompany transactions and ensure intercompany balances tally across the books.
• Work closely with other departments to provide financial support and guidance.
• Liaise with external parties on tax, audit, corporate secretarial or regulatory matters.
• Lead roles in ad-hoc projects and activities.
