Job summary

WING FOOK JEWELLERY PTE. LTD. is seeking an Accounts Executive (Full Set Accounting) to support day-to-day accounting and operations. The role reports to the Senior Accounts Executive and the Finance Head.

Responsibilities include handling AP/AR/GL, preparing financial reports, maintaining records, processing invoices, and supporting audits and regulatory compliance as part of a collaborative finance team in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience (full set accounts preferred).
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Accounts Executive (Full Set Accounting)

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for supporting the Senior Accounts Executive in all aspects of day-to-day accounting functions and operational activities. This role reports directly to the Senior Accounts Executive as well as the Company's Accounts and Finance Head.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts , including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and documentation
• Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure proper recording of transactions
• Assist in budget preparation and financial analysis
• Support audit activities and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards
• Provide administrative and operational support to the finance department as required

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience (experience in full set accounts preferred)
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Good understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
