TEAM LEWIS in Singapore is seeking an Associate Director to lead the account servicing team, driving profitable, creative client service and strategic growth. You will report to senior management, oversee new business, client management, media relations, content, and digital campaigns, and shape multi-channel strategies that expand client revenues while maintaining high service standards.

You will work with a regional leadership team to upsell services, set KPIs, and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

Highly commercial with strong strategic client consultancy skills.
Experience in corporate, technology and/or B2B sectors.
Strong leadership and ability to develop and motivate a team.
Proven track record in retaining and growing client revenues.
Ability to advise on PR and broader marketing strategy.

Responsabilités

Leads the new business process with leadership input from local and regional teams.
Develops insights, messaging and concepts for credentials and pitches.
Manages client relationships, defines KPIs and service agreements.
Oversees media opportunities and thought leadership across channels.
Guides content strategy and brand storytelling with the team.
Promotes digital solutions and drives adoption of services.
Leads and develops the account team, sets objectives and budgets.
Tracks account performance and reports to senior management.
