Qualifications

• Required 6-8 years account/digital/production experience in a creative advertising agency
• Strong leadership and client management abilities
• Proven track record in developing strategic brand responses and overseeing cross-disciplinary teams
• Ability to manage budgets, deadlines and agency profitability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels of staff and clients
• Experience presenting to clients and leading new business pitches

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple client relationships and senior stakeholder engagements
• Partner with Planners to develop strategic brand responses and communications plans
• Solve high-level account and production issues; involve supervisor when needed
• Generate status reports and manage client communications and meetings
• Lead client presentations and drive cross-functional collaboration across teams
• Oversee budgeting, staffing, and profitability; identify cross-sell opportunities
• Mentor and develop team members, set goals and KPIs, and ensure delivery beyond client expectations
