Job summary

ZHONG QI FUTURE (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Engineer (Semiconductor) to drive new business, manage major accounts, and promote semiconductor equipment, spare parts, and engineering solutions.

The ideal candidate has a diploma/degree in engineering or related fields, at least 5 years in sales or business development, and strong communication and negotiation skills; travel locally and overseas as required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales or business development experience.
• Semiconductor, industrial equipment, or engineering industry experience preferred.
• Proven experience in business development and achieving sales targets.
• Key account management experience highly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship skills.
• Able to understand and communicate technical and commercial requirements.
• Willing to travel locally and overseas for training.
• Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and acquire new customers
• Manage and maintain existing and key customer accounts
• Promote semiconductor equipment, spare parts, Specialty Gas Systems, and engineering solutions
• Understand customers' technical and commercial requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts
• Coordinate with suppliers and engineering teams for project execution
• Follow up on sales opportunities and customer requirements
• Monitor market opportunities and industry developments
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and account updates
• Work towards assigned sales and revenue targets
