Job summary

ZHONG QI FUTURE (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an Assistant Engineer (Semiconductor) to support project planning, equipment installation, testing, and on-site troubleshooting in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Fresh graduates are welcome; diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics is preferred. You will coordinate with customers and internal teams while ensuring safety and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related Engineering discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Semiconductor, engineering or manufacturing industry experience is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of engineering drawings and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Responsible, hands-on, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to travel to different project sites when required.
• Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers with project planning, coordination, and execution.
• Support equipment installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
• Conduct site inspections, basic troubleshooting, and on-site technical support.
• Prepare engineering documents, technical reports, and drawings.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Follow up on project schedules and technical requirements.
• Ensure all work complies with company safety procedures and project requirements.

Education

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related Engineering discipline
