gile Reliability Technology Pte Ltd (ART) is seeking a motivated Sales Assistant / Sales Coordinator to support growing sales operations in Singapore. The role covers quotations, order processing, supplier coordination, and customer communication.

You will maintain sales records, prepare documents, and help monitor shipments while collaborating with internal teams and external partners. Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, sales administration, or customer service is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with different departments.

Responsabilités

• Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and tender documentation.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, RFQs, quotations, and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain pricing, lead times, and product information.
• Maintain and update sales records, quotation tracking, and customer databases.
• Process customer purchase orders and coordinate with internal teams.
• Prepare sales-related documents, including quotations, order confirmations, delivery orders, and invoices.
• Monitor order status, delivery schedules, and outstanding shipments.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and customers to ensure timely delivery.
• Occasionally accompany the sales team on customer visits, meetings, and business discussions.
• Assist in preparing meeting materials, recording discussion points, and following up on action items after customer meetings.
