Job summary

Neodym T Technology Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support daily sales, customer service and operational activities. This hands-on role requires strong organisation, attention to detail and comfort coordinating between external and internal management.

The position involves coordinating inquiries, quotations, orders and deliveries, maintaining status updates and assisting in identifying sales opportunities. A 1–3 year background in similar roles is expected.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Administration, Customer Service, Operations Coordination or a similar role.
• Strong organisational and follow-up skills.
• Good communication skills and confidence dealing with customers and suppliers.
• Detail-oriented and responsible with documentation and order tracking.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with engineering, semiconductor, industrial equipment, industrial spare parts will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Project Coordination: Coordinate customer enquiries, quotations, purchase orders and sales orders; Follow up with customers on quotations, order confirmations and delivery requirements; Maintain regular communication internally and provide updates on order or project status; Follow up with the job progress and outstanding items; Assist in identifying and following up on potential sales opportunities.
