• Communicate clearly and courteously with clients via telephone and other channels to maintain strong relationships.
• Report sales enquiry outcomes and relevant information accurately to the Sales Manager for follow-up actions.
• Use MS Office tools efficiently to document and manage sales-related information and communications.
• Complete assigned tasks reliably and independently to demonstrate a responsible work ethic.
