Job summary

Arcadis Group in Singapore is seeking an experienced Document Controller with a solid background in construction support to join our SEA regional projects. Our team is multi-disciplinary, collaborative, and focused on delivering high-quality documentation across semiconductors, data centres, and advanced facilities.

You will report to the Document Control Lead/Manager and be responsible for logging, filing, RFIs, submittals, and secure document control practices with a high attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in records management or construction records management.
• Certificate or equivalent qualification; at least 4 years in the field or related area.

Responsibilities

• Log and file project related documents.
• Process RFIs and Submittals.
• Distribute project drawings per the Document Distribution Matrix.
• Maintain document tracking system for confidential and non-confidential docs.
• Adhere to established security and documentation procedures.
• Support in tracking and reporting indicator programs.
