Arcadis has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Document Control Lead with a solid background in construction support to join our growing team based in Singapore to support SEA Regional projects. This position will oversee all activities involved within the Document Control environment and supervise the day-to-day Document Control operations. The successful candidate will align information priorities and projects start/closures with the Project Manager. The successful candidate will lead a team with the importance of meeting targeted commitments while being flexible to the ever-changing and fast-paced environment of our clients’ sites. The Project Controls Lead will lead a Project Controls function based out of Singapore to manage SEA projects. He/she will carry out all cost control functions as a lead on various projects during the design, procurement, construction and handover phases. The Project Control Lead will continuously monitor variances from the cost and schedule baseline and will take effective corrective action to achieve minimum cost and time overruns. He/she will ensure that procedures are applied to monitor expenditure and performance against the progress of a project. All changes to the cost and schedule baseline need to be recorded and the expected final outcomes are continuously forecasted. The successful candidate will be responsible for the execution of deliverables within an agreed schedule, within an agreed set of hours and to acceptable quality.
