Job summary

Vanguard International Semiconductor Corporation (VIS) in Singapore seeks a Manufacturing/Production Control professional to coordinate with cross‑functional teams to meet Fab delivery requirements. You will set daily, weekly and monthly KPI targets for line performance and guide the Manufacturing team to achieve KPIs such as Move, C/T, Wafer Out and CLIP with clear priorities.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years’ experience in Manufacturing Modules and Production Control in the

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in any Engineering discipline.
Minimum 4 years’ experience in both Manufacturing Modules and Production Control(Semiconductor industry)
Good factory knowledge eg relationship between line move, cycle time and customer delivery
Proven track record in meeting Fab delivery KPI (output, cycletime, OTD, CLIP management etc)
Highly driven, motivated and resourceful
Strong team player
Good communication skill and good data analytic skill
Proficient in MS Excel and Powerpoint software

Responsibilities

A team player to coordinate with the team to meet Fab delivery requirement
Set Line performance KPI target on the daily, weekly and monthly timeframe to meet delivery and target CT
Drive Manufacturing team to achieve the KPIs such as Move, C/T, Wafer Out and CLIP with clear priority and directions
Co-work with cross functional teams to resolve line issues
Capability identified gaps/improvements in Fab capability vs planned capacity requirement, Wafer Start management to achieve and maintain Line linearity.
