Job summary

Vanguard International Semiconductor Corporation (VIS) in Singapore seeks a seasoned supervisor for the Photo Department to drive production according to plan and oversee daily operations. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Photo Manufacturing (Semiconductor industry).
• Min 3 years’ experience in managerial role with reporting staff.
• Good factory knowledge e.g. relationship between line move, cycle time and customer delivery.
• Proven track record in meeting Fab delivery KPI.
• Highly driven, motivated and resourceful.
• Strong team player.
• Good communication skill and good data analytic skill.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Photo Department personnel to meet the production plan.
• Lead improvements to site working environment and working methods.
• Oversee affiliated staff operations.
• Plan and allocate human resources; organize performance reviews and incentives.
• Ensure WIP (work-in-progress) management.
• Drive machine utilization and productivity improvements.
