Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years in semiconductor and wafer fabrication manufacturing.
• Experience leading or guiding a manufacturing team is preferred.
• Experience with project or program implementation and management is an advantage.
• Knowledge of continuous-improvement tools (5S, 8D, Poka‑Yoke).
• Independent, proactive, data‑driven problem‑solving ability.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong communication, stakeholder-management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel/PowerPoint/Word).

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Supervisors in daily manufacturing operations within the Fab.
• Streamline control wafer management to support and sustain daily Fab operations.
• Collaborate with Production Control and Planning to ensure timely wafer-start administration.
• Develop, maintain, and improve manufacturing peripherals to achieve quality excellence for hardware components.
• Lead continuous-improvement and cost-reduction projects related to wafer containers.
• Manage team resources and operational materials to prevent disruptions to production activities.
• Oversee wafer-scrap administration and support KPI tracking and achievement.
• Drive operational efficiency through 5S, Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve daily manufacturing performance.
• Promote and maintain a strong workplace safety culture in the Fab.
